Is this a main dish salad?
Technically this is a side dish salad, but you can easily serve it at lunch with a roll for a very filling meal.

I do not recommend using canned peas. Frozen peas are crisp whereas canned peas tend to be soggy. With this salad, you will want that crisp texture you find with frozen peas.
