How to Make Cadbury Mini Egg Dip

- With the mixer on low speed, slowly add the powdered sugar a little at a time until completely incorporated.
- Add the brown sugar and vanilla, beating well.
- Fold in the candy and serve.
Tips Tricks and FAQs
1. You want to make sure you really cream the cream cheese prior to adding in other ingredients. This allows for a nice fluffy dip.
2. You will want to stir in your Cadbury Eggs with a spatula rather than using a mixer. This will prevent them from breaking into really small pieces.
3. If you are serving a crowd you can easily double the recipe
Storage
You will want to store your leftover dip in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge.
Can you make this dip ahead of time?
Yes! You can make this ahead of time. In fact, I highly recommend making it and letting it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours, covered. This allows the flavors to really meld together as well as the dip to chill. You can make it up to 24 hours in advance.
