Chicken Parmesan Sliders is such an easy and delicious chicken parmesan recipe. Tender chicken, marinara, fresh mozzarella on delicious slider buns. An easy weeknight dinner you will want to make over and over again. 

Ingredients

  • 12 Pack Hawaiian Sliders
  • 3 Cups shredded chicken, you can use a rotisserie chicken*
  • 3/4 - 1 cup Spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella sliced (shredded mozzarella works great too)
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • BUTTER MIXTURE**
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TSP Dried Basil
  • 1/2 Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line the bottom of a pan (large enough to fit your rolls, laying flat). Lightly spray the foil with canola spray.
  3. Cut your sliders in half, separating the top from the bottom. Put the bottom half in the bottom of your pan.
  4. Spread chicken evenly across the bottom bread.
  5. Spread the spaghetti sauce evenly on top of the chicken.
  6. Place mozzarella slices evenly across the top.
  7. Place basil leaves on top of the mozzarella. Use as many as you like.
  8. Melt butter. Add in grated Parmesan, garlic powder, & dried basil.
  9. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter. You will have extra butter leftover.
  10. Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes or until your rolls are just getting a nice toasty finish.
  12. Cut & serve.

    Notes

    *You can also opt to use breaded chicken breasts, from frozen or fresh. or sliced grilled chicken breasts

    **This will make more than you need. 1/2 the amount will not make enough
