Step 1: The first step to making these muffins are to cook your ground sausage. Cook in a skillet int crumble and fully cooked. 

Drain off any excess grease. 

Step 2: Now you will mix up the Bisquick, cheese, egg and sausage. Spoon batter in a greased muffin tin. 

Step 3: Cook in the oven as directed or until your biscuits are fully cooked.

I meal prep these and they store for up to three months in the freezer. Or if you own a vacuum seal system it extends the stability longer.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs in a medium bowl.

  5. Fill each muffin tin about 1/2 - 3/4 full.

  1. I love this recipe and after trying with breakfast sausage I tried again with italian sausage, peppers, onions and italian cheese blend. They were amazing. Next party and I am going to make them in my mini pans and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

  2. Sorry, I don’t usually use bisquick- are you just using a dry cup? Or do you mix it with anything other than the eggs? Just want to make sure I’m not missing something. The way I’m reading this, I see to use 1 cup dry bisquick mix.

    1. Just the bisquick mix itself. You only want the dry ingredient. You will be adding eggs within the recipe.
