How to Make Easy Prime Rib
- Place your prime rib out on the counter and bring it to room temperature. It should take apex 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Place the prime rib in a baking dish.
- Rub the butter all over your prime rib.
- Season with all of your spices.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes (or 5 minutes per pound)
- Turn off the oven. Do NOT open the oven door.
- Leave the roast sitting in the oven for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, remove from the oven.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
