I made a 2.5 lb. Rib roast using this recipe. I followed all instructions except the seasoning part. I crusted the roast wit salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and fresh minced garlic. This roast smells so good I cant wait to hear the reviews from my friends that made this for.
