How to cook your Turkey Breast in the Air Fryer on a Rotisserie Spit
- If using your rotisserie spit, put your turkey breast on and attach well.
- Baste with butter.
- Season with Season All
- Insert into your air fryer.
- Set the temperature to 350 degrees and air fry for 50-60 min and the internal temperature is at least 165 degrees
- Remove the breast carefully. Allow resting for about 10 minutes before slicing.
How to cook your Turkey Breast in your Air Fryer using the Tray
- If your turkey breast does not fit on your spit, use your tray.
- Baste your turkey with butter.
- Season with Season All.
- Place skin-side down and cook for 25 minutes.
- Carefully flip, adding additional butter if needed.
- Air fry for another 25-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

- The time it takes to cook your Air Fryer turkey really depends on how big turkey breast is and how big your Air Fryer is. These are general guideline temperatures that you might have to adjust accordingly.
- Be sure to check the temperature often you don’t want to overcook your turkey.
- Allow your turkey to rest for 5-10 minutes on a cutting board prior to carving.

No, you do not want to cook a frozen turkey breast in the Air Fryer. You want to make sure that it is completely thawed prior to cooking. If you do try and attempt to cook a frozen turkey (don’t recommend it) it will turn out extremely dry.

Ingredients
- 3-4 Pound Turkey Breast, bone-in or boneless will work
- 2 TBSP Melted Butter
- 2 TSP Season All
Instructions
- If using your rotisserie spit, put your turkey breast on and attach well.
- If not using spit, continue here*
- Baste with butter.
- Season with Season All
- Insert into your Vortex.
- Or Place trays, skin side down, in their slots. If using two trays, the one on the upper tray may brown much quicker, so you may want to flip positions of the trays mid-cooking.
- Set the temperature to ROAST* 350 degrees and air fry for 50-60 min and the internal temperature is at least 165 degrees
- If using the tray, mid-way, flip the turkey breast, rebaste if needed.
- Remove the breast carefully. Allow resting for about 10 minutes before slicing.
