Ingredients:
- 1 Box Lemon Jello (3 oz)
- ⅔ Cup Boiling Water
- ⅔ Cup Vodka
- ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
- Whipped Cream (optional garnish)
- Lemon Wedges (optional garnishes)
Items Needed:
- 11 2-Ounce Shot Cups with Lids
Directions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the jello and boiling water. Mix until the jello has full dissolved.
- Add the vodka and lemon juice. Stir.
- Fill the shot cups about ⅔ of the way full.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a lemon wedge, if desired. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks
- Don’t add whipped cream or lemon wedges until right before serving. They don’t store well once topped.
- These can be made up to 4 days in advance. Just pop the lids on and store them in the fridge (never the freezer).
- For a clean, pretty finish, use a frosting bag and tip to pipe the whipped cream on top.
