  • 1 Box Lemon Jello (3 oz)
  • ⅔ Cup Boiling Water
  • ⅔ Cup Vodka
  • ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
  • Whipped Cream (optional garnish)
  • Lemon Wedges (optional garnishes)

Items Needed:

  • 11 2-Ounce Shot Cups with Lids

Directions:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the jello and boiling water. Mix until the jello has full dissolved.
  • Add the vodka and lemon juice. Stir.
  • Fill the shot cups about ⅔ of the way full.
  • Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
  • Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a lemon wedge, if desired. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks

  • Don’t add whipped cream or lemon wedges until right before serving. They don’t store well once topped.
  • These can be made up to 4 days in advance. Just pop the lids on and store them in the fridge (never the freezer).
  • For a clean, pretty finish, use a frosting bag and tip to pipe the whipped cream on top.
