My favorite way is to put them back in the Instant Pot on sautee add a little bit more milk to make them creamy and cook until they are heated all the way through.
Can you keep mashed potatoes warm in the Instant Pot?
Mashed potatoes will stay warm in the Instant Pot for 1 to 2 hours. Just keep your Instant Pot on “keep warm” and mix before serving. If they seem a bit dry add a Tablespoon of milk and mix that in.
Why are my potatoes gummy?
Gummy potatoes are caused by overmixing and mashing. To prevent this mix only until the lumps are removed and the added ingredients are incorporated.
