- Spray the cooking pot with cooking spray. This will be needed in most things you cook and cant hurt either way.
- Your slow cooker works best when at least 1/2 way full to 3/4 of the way full. Do not overfill
- Place hard vegetables at the bottom.
- Chop vegetables to a uniform size.
- Avoid adding frozen food/meat
