I have been a huge fan of Sweet potato fries for years now. I love the flavor of them and the healthier option to the standard french fry. More recently I have become obsessed with Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries. They are crispy on the outside and tender and delicious on the inside and use way less oil than deep frying them. Once you make these Air Fryer Sweet Potato fries it will be your new favorite way to prepare french fries. How to Make Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees and prep your fries.
- In a small bowl, placed sweet potato fries, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, ground black pepper, and mix until evenly coated.
- Place half of the fries into the basket (unless you have a large enough basket to fit them all, they can be layered on top of one another) and bake for 10-15 minutes; shaking the basket a few times.
- Repeat and enjoy.
