Air Fryer Avocado Fries
If you are asking yourself what avocado fries are, let me first off day your missing out. Battered sliced avocado that are air fried to a crispy outside batter.
You will find a handful of restraints sell these as appetizers. Most are deep fried but this recipe helps to eliminate excess oil.

What To Dip Avocado Fries in
Honestly any and everything will work for these fries. Reach for ranch, barbeque sauce, wasabi, splash on sriracha for spice, or eat them plain.
Feel free to test out different sauces and see what fits your preference the best.
Do These Air Fried Avocado Fries Store Well
No they do not. I suggest making only what you plan to eat. The fries taste best once they are cooled down a bit from the air fryer.

Since the fries are crispy on outside and soft on the inside you will find if stored in the fridge the outside would become soft and the avocado will spoil faster.
No Air Fryer
Want to make these fries but don’t have an air fryer? Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then you can lay your fries on a baking sheet, leaving room in between each. Then bake and flip half way through. You will want an even crisp on your avocado bites.
The other thing is to make sure you cook until they are fully crisped on outside and tender on inside.
What Are The Best Avocados For Making Fries
You want to make sure that you reach for a bit firmer avocados. The reason I say this is overly ripe will be too mushy and could fall apart.

Firmer avocados will hold their shape better as you go to air fry them. If you use a pretty soft and overly ripe avocado it could ever be hard to bread and cook without it kind of making a mess.
Why Is Avocado Good For You
Avocado is one popular green beauty. Loaded with tons of vitamins and nutrients that help fuel your body. Vitamin C, E, B-6 and K and more.
One fun way to incorporate them into your diet that leaves you feeling like you devoured a tasty snack.
How to Pick Avocados
Some judge avocados on the color they present. But depending the variety will change your end result.
One way I tell is to feel the avocados. If it is firm and no mushy spots it is worth grabbing. If slots are extra tender it means that area could be bruised or gone bad.
