  • ¼ tsp. cardamom
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar

How to Air Fryer Apple Chips

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar, cardamom, and pumpkin pie spice. Set aside.
  • Use a mandolin or sharp chef’s knife to slice your apples into 1/8” thick rounds.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of the sugar mixture onto both sides of each apple slice.
  • Place the apple slices into the basket of an air fryer. Make sure that the slices aren’t overlapping too much.
  • Air fry at 350°F for 13 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
