How did Sex on the Beach get its name?
Sex on the beach was named during spring break in Florida by a bartender named Ted Pizio in the 1980s. He wanted to find a way to promote peach schnapps so he concocted this drink and named it after the two things college kids want during spring break. This drink is loved by so many because the alcohol flavor is very mild thanks to all the other juice ingredients.
