Pumpkin Spice Latte Jello Shots
Pumpkin Spice is one of my favorite flavors during the fall months. My go-to has always been my Pumpkin spice Latte and my pumpkin spice latte bombs, but this year I am officially adding a new favorite to my collection, these Pumpkin Spice Latte Jello Shots!
These are perfect to enjoy at your next girls’ night, fall gathering, or sitting outside in the nice fall breeze on the porch. No matter how you decide to enjoy these, one thing is for sure, it will be a new favorite in no time!

Makes 10 shots
Ingredients:
1 Cup Caramel Coffee, prepared
1 TBSP unflavored Gelatin
3 TBSP Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Cup Vodka
Whipped Cream, for garnish
How to Make Pumpkin Spice Latte Jello Shots
- In a medium size saucepan, using medium-high heat add the caramel coffee, add in the
- gelatin and whisk until dissolved.
- Once the gelatin is dissolved add in sweetened condensed milk and whisk until combined.
- Add the pumpkin pie spice and continue to whisk
- Remove from heat and once slightly cooled, add the vodka and mix to fully combine.
- Line up 10 shot glasses onto a tray and pour the pumpkin spice latte mixture into the glasses.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the gelatin to be fully set.
- Top with whipped cream & pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
Tips Tricks and FAQ
- You can swap out the caramel coffee for vanilla coffee if you prefer.
- Whipped cream Vodka would be a great addition to this jello shot.
- If you want these to be a nice vibrant orange color, add a little bit of food coloring to the mixture.
- Serve with or without whipped cream.
- Are you serving at a party or large gathering? You can double or triple the recipe.
Storage
You will want to store these jello shots in the fridge. They will keep for about 1 week. You will want to add the whipped cream right before serving.
