How to make Pumpkin Spice Latte in the Instant Pot
- Add your coffee, pumpkin puree, heavy cream, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, & sugar into your pot.
- Whisk to combine well.
- PC on HIGH for 3 minutes. Natural release for 5 min.
- Serve hot or cold with whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice & you can add in a cinnamon stick.

You can easily store your Pumpkin spice latte in the fridge. Just cook as directed and then place it in the fridge with a lid. Pull it out the next day and reheat and enjoy.
It will last up to 3 days in the fridge when in a sealed container. The longer it sits in the fridge the more potent the pumpkin flavor will turn.
