Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • You want to make sure that the butter is very cold. If it gets warm then the biscuits will not be nice and flaky.
  • Be sure to spray the chicken well on both sides with the non-stick cooking spray.
  • Your dough needs to be at least 1 inch thick for the biscuits. Any thinner will not make them big and flaky.
  • If you want to speed up time, you can use Grands Flaky Biscuits from the refrigerated section at the grocery store.
  • If you are worried about the spice you can omit the tabasco from the honey.
