  • Half onion chopped
  • 4 garlic minced
  • Mozzarella cheese shredded (1 cup)
  • Cilantro (to garnish)
  • Parmesan cheese shredded (¼ cup)
  • Breadcrumbs (1/3 cup)

Sauce: 

  • Heavy cream (1 cup)
  • Chicken broth (1 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

  •     Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  •     Prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Whisk until it starts boiling. Put aside. 
  •      Heat oil in the skillet and lightly fry the chicken on both sides.
  •      Lay the chicken in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan.
