Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • Be sure you let your watermelon cool prior to making this drink. This helps cool your cocktail before it hits the ice.
  • For easy prep, cube the watermelon as soon as you buy it and store it covered in the fridge. When you are ready to enjoy, just remove 3 cups of watermelon cubes and toss them in the blender with all the other ingredients.
  • Be sure that you cube the watermelon and remove any seeds prior to adding it to the blender.
  • You can easily double or triple the recipe as long as it fits in the blender, or you can make several batches one right after another.
  • You can easily make this a slushie consistency by blending it with the ice as well.
  •  If you prefer you can omit the mint garnish.
