Trader Joe’s Chicken Tortilla Soup

This recipe is inspired by one of the many great recipes available directly on Trader Joe’s website. They truly have an impressive collection of easy and approachable meals that are perfect for everyday cooking. If you love quick Trader Joe’s dinners, be sure to check out my other favorites here: Viral Dumpling Bake, the delicious Lobster Pasta, and the super easy and delicious viral Pizza. For this version, I made one small but delicious change by swapping the canned chicken for a box of Trader Joe’s Hardwood Smoked Pulled Chicken, which adds incredible flavor and texture.

The result is a cozy soup made with pantry staples and one refrigerated shortcut that makes it feel a little extra special. Everything simmers together in one pot and is finished with crunchy tortilla chips and fresh toppings. It is warm, comforting, and perfect for lunch or dinner any time of year.
