Trader Joe’s Viral Pizza
Trader Joe’s Viral Pizza has taken over social media and for good reason. It is simple, indulgent, and made entirely with Trader Joe’s favorites that work together beautifully. The garlic spread creates an incredible base, the pasta sauce adds richness, and the marinated mozzarella melts into the most flavorful bites. Finished with prosciutto, fresh arugula, and balsamic glaze, this pizza feels elevated but still incredibly easy to make at home.

What You Will Love About This Recipe
Big bold flavors using simple Trader Joe’s ingredients
Easy enough for a weeknight but impressive enough for guests
No complicated steps or special tools needed
Perfect balance of creamy, salty, fresh, and sweet
Comes together quickly with minimal prep

Ingredients
Trader Joe’s Pizza Crust package of 2
Garlic Spread Dip 8 ounces
Rosatella Pasta Sauce 14.5 ounces
Marinated Fresh Mozzarella Cheese 12 ounces
Prosciutto di Parma 4 ounces
Arugula 7 ounce bag
Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Place both pizza crusts on a baking sheet. Spread the garlic spread dip evenly over each crust. I used the full container divided between the two crusts.
Spoon the Rosatella pasta sauce over the garlic layer, spreading evenly. You do not need to use the entire jar. Add as much or as little as you prefer.
Arrange the marinated mozzarella over the pizzas. You can leave the mozzarella balls whole or cut them in half for more even coverage. Set the remaining marinade oil aside.
Tear the prosciutto into pieces and distribute it evenly across the pizzas.
Bake for 12 minutes or until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted.
While the pizzas are baking, place the arugula in a bowl. Pour the reserved mozzarella oil over the arugula and toss until evenly coated.
Remove the pizzas from the oven and immediately top with the dressed arugula.
Finish with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve warm and enjoy.

Tips & Tricks
- Use the full container of garlic spread across both crusts for maximum flavor
- Break the mozzarella balls in half so the cheese spreads more evenly
- Save the oil from the marinated mozzarella and toss it with the arugula for extra flavor
- Add the arugula after baking so it stays fresh and vibrant
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze just before serving so it does not soak into the crust

Notes
Many of the recipes do not finish off their arugula with Balsamic glaze. I highly recommend that you do so. To me, it is a key ingredient.
