How to make Jack Frost Cocktail
1. Coat the rim of a glass with corn syrup and the smother it in fresh coconut.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour in 1 shot of coconut rum.
4. Add a half shot of blue curaçao.
5. Top off with coconut water.

Tips Tricks and FAQs
- If you prefer to make this a blended frozen drink, you can add all the drink ingredients to the blender and blend until combined and is the consistency of a slushie.
- If you would like to use honey instead of corn syrup to get the coconut to stick to the edge of the glass this will also work.

This drink is best enjoyed right away. Because of the ice, over time it becomes watered down quite quickly.

Yes, you can make a kid-friendly Jack Frost Mocktail if you prefer. Omit the rum completely and then use Blue Curaçao syrup instead of Blue Curaçao.
Can I make this in bulk for a party?
Yes, you can make this in bulk for a party. You will want to use 4 ounces of coconut rum, 2 ounces of blue curacao for every 8 ounces of coconut water. If you are serving this in a pitcher, be sure to not add ice as it will become watered down.
