1 Box ALDIs Bakers Corner Apple Cinnamon Quick Bread & Muffin Mix 

1 Can ALDI Sweet Harvest Fried Apples with Cinnamon

2 Eggs (as directed on the box)

¼ Cup Oil (as directed on the box)

How to Make ALDI Apple CInnamon Quick Bread with Fried Apples

*You will NOT use the water or applesauce as directed on the box, the fried apples replace those two ingredients.

Follow the directions on the box which are as follows:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Lightly grease a 8” x 4” loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Stir together all of the ingredients. You can break the apples in half or smaller while mixing. 
  • Pour the batter into the pan.
  • Bake 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the bread.
  • Cool 15-20 minutes.
