In our house, we love quick bread, especially when they use very few ingredients and can be mixed up and ready to put in the oven in a matter of minutes. This ALDI Apple Cinnamon Quick Bread with Fried Apples recipe is just that. It is simple to make, full of flavor, and the aroma that percolates in the house while it bakes is heavenly. Once you try this, you will find yourself making it again and again. It is the perfect bread to make at the last minute because you can always have all the ingredients on hand.

Ingredients
1 Box ALDIs Bakers Corner Apple Cinnamon Quick Bread & Muffin Mix
1 Can ALDI Sweet Harvest Fried Apples with Cinnamon
2 Eggs (as directed on the box)
¼ Cup Oil (as directed on the box)
How to Make ALDI Apple CInnamon Quick Bread with Fried Apples
*You will NOT use the water or applesauce as directed on the box, the fried apples replace those two ingredients.
Follow the directions on the box which are as follows:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly grease a 8” x 4” loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Stir together all of the ingredients. You can break the apples in half or smaller while mixing.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the bread.
- Cool 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the pan.
- Enjoy!
Tips Tricks and FAQs
- Once you remove the apple cinnamon quick bread with fried apples from the oven, let it sit on a cooling rack for about 20 minutes prior to removing it from the pan.
- Be sure to not drain the apples, you need those delicious juices for this bread.
- Cut up the apples if you prefer or leave them whole.
- The batter will be thick. You can add a little bit of water if needed. I did not add water and it turns out perfect.
- You can bake these in small loaf pans if you prefer. (They make great gifts). If you opt for the smaller pans you will want to check the bread at around 35 minutes and continue to check it about every 2-3 minutes until they are done.
- To ensure your bread is cooked, insert a toothpick into the center of the bread and when it comes out clean remove the bread from the oven.
Storage
You will want to store your ALDI apple cinnamon quick bread with fried apples at room temperature in an airtight container or wrapped tightly. This will keep for about 4 days.
