Trader Joe’s Carrot Cake Latte
This Trader Joe’s Carrot Cake Latte is one of those drinks that feels like a treat from your favorite coffee shop, but you can make it right at home in just minutes. It has that warm spiced carrot cake flavor mixed with creamy, slightly sweet coffee, and the cold foam on top takes it completely over the top. If you love cozy flavors but still want something refreshing, this iced latte hits that perfect balance.
If you love fun coffeehouse style drinks like this, you will definitely want to check out my other favorites like Dalgona Coffee, Pumpkin Spiced Coffee Concentrate, and Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso. They are all super easy to make at home and use simple ingredients you can grab on your next Trader Joe’s run. Once you start making your own drinks like this, it is hard to go back to spending five or six dollars every time you want a latte.
What really makes this drink special is that carrot cake cold foam. Using Trader Joe’s whipped carrot cake cream cheese spread gives it that rich, slightly tangy sweetness that pairs perfectly with coffee. Whether you make it with espresso, strong coffee, or even Nescafe Gold like I did, it is one of those recipes that feels a little fancy but is actually so simple to throw together.

Ingredients
• Double shot of espresso or 2 to 4 ounces strong coffee
• You can also use 1 tablespoon Nescafe Gold Espresso mixed with hot water
• Brown sugar to taste
• 1 tablespoon Trader Joe’s Whipped Carrot Cake Cream Cheese Spread
• 3 to 4 tablespoons heavy cream
• Milk, skim milk, or half and half to taste
• Ice
Instructions
If using Nescafe Gold Espresso, add 1 tablespoon to a glass. Stir in brown sugar to taste, then pour in hot water. I like using about 4 ounces of water for a slightly larger drink, but you can use 2 ounces for a stronger flavor.
If using brewed espresso or strong coffee, simply pour it into your glass and stir in brown sugar to taste.
In a separate cup, add the whipped carrot cake cream cheese spread and heavy cream. Use a frother to blend until smooth and fluffy.
Add ice to your espresso.
Add your milk of choice to taste.
Pour the carrot cake cold foam over the drink.
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar or crushed graham crackers if you want to take it over the top.

Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks
- Use cold brew if you prefer a smoother, less bitter coffee flavor. It works really well with the sweetness of the foam.
- Adjust the brown sugar to your taste. If you like sweeter drinks, do not be afraid to add a little extra.
- Make sure your cream cheese spread is soft before frothing so it blends smoothly into the cream.
- If you do not have a frother, you can shake the cream mixture in a jar with a lid until it thickens.
- For an extra dessert like drink, top it with cinnamon sugar or crushed graham crackers. It really gives that carrot cake vibe.
