Spinach Artichoke Dip With Alfredo Sauce

Sharing is caring!

Spinach Artichoke Dip with Alfredo Sauce is the shortcut version of the classic party favorite that is taking over TikTok right now. This creamy baked dip recently racked up over 8.3 million views, and once you taste it, you will understand why. Instead of building a sauce from scratch, this version uses a jar of Alfredo sauce to create an ultra rich, cheesy base in minutes. It is simple, comforting, and absolutely perfect for game day, holidays, or anytime you need an easy appetizer that disappears fast.

If you love creamy, crowd pleasing dips, you will also want to try my Grillo’s pickle dip, my 7 Layer Dip In A Cup, and my BLT Dip. They are all easy to make and perfect for serving with chips, crackers, or toasted bread. This viral spinach artichoke dip recipe is similar to the traditional version you know and love, but the Alfredo sauce gives it an extra layer of flavor and makes it almost effortless to throw together.

While this recipe recently went viral on TikTok, it has actually been around for years. I will absolutely be giving credit in my videos to the creator whose clip hit millions of views, and I also want to mention that a very similar version was shared by Mrshappyhomemaker dating back to October 2021. Great recipes always find their moment again, and this one definitely deserves the spotlight.

Tips & Tricks

  • Make sure to squeeze as much moisture as possible out of the thawed spinach. Extra water can make your dip runny instead of thick and creamy.
  • Chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces so you get a little bit in every bite.
  • If you like a stronger garlic flavor, sauté the minced garlic in a small amount of olive oil before mixing it in.
  • For extra cheesiness, add a little more mozzarella on top before baking and broil for one to two minutes for that golden bubbly finish.
  • This dip can easily be made ahead. Assemble everything, cover, and refrigerate until ready to bake.
