Marry Me Chicken Pasta
Marry Me Chicken Pasta is one of those recipes that feels like it should take a lot more effort than it actually does. Rich, creamy, packed with flavor, and loaded with tender chicken and sundried tomatoes, it is the kind of meal that instantly becomes a family favorite. What I love most about this version is that it delivers that restaurant quality taste without turning your kitchen into a mess.
Marry Me Chicken Pasta
A lot of Marry Me Chicken Pasta recipes start by having you brown the chicken in a pan before adding it to the crockpot. If you are pulling out a skillet, making a mess, and adding extra steps, what is the point of using a slow cooker? This recipe skips all of that and keeps things simple with a true dump and go method. Even better, the pasta cooks right in the crockpot, so you are not juggling multiple pots and pans. If you love easy comfort meals like this, you will also want to check out crockpot swamp potatoes, crockpot chicken and gravy, and crockpot chicken and stuffing.
This version was created to be the easiest, most low effort way to make Marry Me Chicken Pasta while still keeping that top tier flavor everyone loves. The creamy parmesan sauce, the garlic, the sundried tomatoes, and the perfectly cooked chicken all come together into one incredibly satisfying dish. It is the perfect balance of simple and delicious, which is exactly what we want for busy nights.

Tips & Tricks
- Use freshly shredded parmesan for the best melt and flavor. Pre shredded cheese can make the sauce a little grainy.
- Make sure most of the pasta is pushed down into the liquid so it cooks evenly. Give it a quick stir halfway through if needed.
- If your sauce gets too thick, add a splash of chicken broth or milk to loosen it up.
- Cut chicken breasts into large chunks before cooking if you want it to shred even faster.
- Add the spinach toward the end so it stays bright and fresh instead of overcooking.
