Ingredients

1 Pound Fresh Green Beans, cut into pieces 

3 Pounds Potatoes, cut into 1” pieces

1 Diced Onion

2 Cups Beef Broth

1 Package Onion Soup Mix

Season with your favorites or just Salt & Pepper

1 – 2 Packages of Kielbasa, Cut into pieces

2 Cups Beef Broth

1 Stick of butter

*Can use 2 cans of drained green beans, just add those to the very top instead of the bottom.

Instructions

Spray your crockpot with canola spray.

Add green beans to the bottom of your crockpot.

Add the potatoes.

Add the onions.

Add the minced garlic.

Season with your favorite seasonings, I used garlic powder, Kinders Brown Sugar Seasoning, & Kinders Garlic Parmesan Seasoning.  You can just use salt & pepper if you like.

Add your Onion Soup Mix.

Add your beef broth.

Mix your veggies.

Add cut Kielbasa on top.

Now lay your stick of butter on top.

Cover and Cook on HIGH 4-5 hours or LOW 6-8 hours
