Crockpot Chicken And Gravy
I love crockpot recipes. They are usually easy to prepare, simple, and versatile for every family. This crockpot chicken and gravy is just that. It begins with skinless chicken, which is then topped with a creamy chicken gravy and cooked for 4 hours. The result is tender, juicy chicken in a rich chicken-flavored gravy. Add in vegetables or a splash of heavy whipping cream to make this dish truly your own.
This is the perfect dish for busy nights to enjoy as a family or even potluck get-togethers. Once you make this, you will find yourself making it again and again.

Tips, Tricks and FAQs
- If your crockpot is large enough, you can double the recipe.
- Feel free to use homemade cream of chicken soup if you prefer.
- Be sure to use boneless skinless chicken for this recipe. I like to use chicken breasts or tenders, but you can also use boneless skinless thighs, which will give the dish even more flavor.
- The chicken gravy packet can tend to be a little salty, so I try to balance this dish out by using a lower-sodium chicken broth.
- The recipe calls for 10-15 minutes for the gravy to thicken; if you are doubling the recipe, it may take up to 30 minutes.
- Be sure to follow the timing of the recipe. It is easy to overcook chicken in the crockpot.
Storage
Store your leftover chicken and gravy in an airtight container in the fridge. This will keep for up to 3 days.
What to Serve with Crockpot chicken and gravy
