How Long Does It Take To Cook Sweet Potatoes In Air Fryer
Depending on the size of your sweet potatoes will affect the cook time. My sweet potatoes were done at the 40 minute mark.
To know if your sweet potatoes are done you can stick a fork in and out of the potatoes easily. If they are not quite done, bake longer.
How To Store Leftover Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes can be stored in a container or sealable bag in the fridge for 3-4 days. Just allow them to fully cook from air fryer then transfer into storing.

Instant Vortex Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 - 4 sweet potatoes (scrubbed & rinsed)
- 1/2 TBSP Olive Oil or melted butter
- 1/2 TSP sea salt
Instructions
- Prick the potatoes with a fork. Rub the potatoes with either oil or butter.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place the drip pan in the bottom of the cooking chamber. Using the display panel, touch BAKE then adjust the temp to 400 degrees, set the time to * 40 minutes, touch START.
- When the display indicates “Add Food” place potatoes (unwrapped) on a tray lined with aluminum foil. Close the door.
- When time ends carefully remove baked potatoes and serve.

*Time may vary based on size of your potato. Mine were fairly large (weighing 13.8 oz) potatoes vs small.
