- Add in EVOO to the pot, once it is warmed add in the garlic and onions. Allow to saute a few minutes.
- Add in ground sausage, breaking it up if needed. Allow the sausage to start to brown.
- Add in the pasta on top..
- Pour in 3 cups of chicken broth.
- Cover with the lid. Turn toggle to seal.
- Press manual button and set time for 4 min HIGH.
- Do a quick release.
- Turn to saute LOW
- Add in the heavy cream. Mix well to combine.
- Allow it to saute for a few minutes to thicken up the heavy cream.
- Add in fresh spinach
- Stir in the parmesan cheese.
