Tips Tricks and FAQs
- You can use any type of cucumbers, but English cucumbers tend to work better as they are seedless and a bit sweeter.
- Be sure to really squeeze the juice out of the cucumber. If you omit this step you will have a very runny tzatziki sauce that does not set.
- Be sure that you use plain greek yogurt. If you prefer you can use plain yogurt instead, but it may be a bit runnier.
- You can omit the white vinegar if you prefer. This does bring out the flavor a bit more and brightens up the dip.
