How to make Crockpot Meatloaf

  • Line your crockpot (bottom and sides)  with aluminum foil. Spray with canola spray.  
  • Put all of the meatloaf ingredients into a large bowl.  Mix well.
  • Shape into a loaf that will fit into your slow cooker. 
  • Place your meatloaf into your slow cooker.
  • Mix the sauce in a bowl & set aside..
  • Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  • When finished cooking, carefully lift out the aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. 
  • Top your meatloaf with your sauce, spreading it evenly. (Save any extra for serving on the side)

  • 2 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 Slice White Bread
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Small Onion, chopped
  • 1 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 4 TBSP Ketchup
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • Sauce
  • 4 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Ketchup

Instructions
