Sharing is caring!

Buffalo Chicken Bombs are an easy family-friendly dish that combines chicken, cheese, a little bit of spice all wrapped in a delicious biscuit ready to enjoy in less than 30 minutes.

We are huge fans of buffalo chicken flavor in our house. We especially love our crockpot buffalo chicken soup, Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Sliders, and these buffalo chicken bombs. There is something about the buffalo flavor that keeps us coming back time and time again.

These buffalo chicken bombs are packed with flavor and are easily spiced up or toned down. I love the creamy cheesy chicken buffalo mixture within the biscuits. These are perfect for dinner, to serve as an appetizer, or to enjoy while watching the game. Once you make these you will be hooked on the flavor explosion that happens in every bite.

Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • This recipe can be easily adjusted. You can half it, double it, or triple it depending on how many people you are feeding.
  • To add even more flavor add 4 tsp of ranch seasoning into your buffalo chicken dip. You can even drizzle them with a little bit more ranch on top after cooking.
  • If you don’t have a muffin tin you can easily cook your chicken bombs on a greased cookie sheet.
  • Want even more flavor? Try different cheeses. I love to throw a little bit of blue cheese inside when serving them to adults for even more flavor.
  • If you are worried about the hot sauce with the kids you can use less, or switch it out completely. Substitute BBQ sauce for it to great BBQ chicken bombs.
  • To fancy these buffalo chicken bombs up you can brush with butter and add bits of parsley to them after cooking.
  • This recipe is cooked in the oven, but you can easily deep fry them. Heat your oil to 375 degrees and cook until they are golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Set them on a paper towel to drain off excess grease.
