How to make buffalo chicken bombs
- Combine in a large bowl, the chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, & hot sauce. Mix well to combine.
- Open the tube of biscuits and separate each one. Gently pull the sides of the biscuit to stretch the dough a bit.
- Take 1 TBSP of buffalo chicken dip and place it into the center of your flattened biscuit. Pull up the sides of the biscuit to create a ball of dough around the chicken dip.
- Place in a greased muffin tin, seam side down. Mix a few shakes of hot sauce in with your melted butter and brush over the top of your bombs
- Cook for approx. 15-20 minutes. Removing from the oven when they are a nice golden color.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 (8 oz) Block of Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
- 1 Packet Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar
- 2 Tubes of Refrigerator Biscuits
- 2 TBSP Melted Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray muffin tins with canola spray. You are making 16
- Combine in a large bowl, the chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, & hot sauce. Mix well to combine.
- Open the tube of biscuits and separate each one. Gently pull the sides of the biscuit to stretch the dough a bit.
- Take a 1 TBSP of buffalo chicken dip and place it into the center of your flattened biscuit. Pull up the sides of the biscuit to create a ball of dough around the chicken dip.
- Place in a greased muffin tin, seam side down. Mix a few shakes of hot sauce (optional) in with your melted butter and brush over the top of your bombs.*
