What is a hot pocket?
A hot pocket is a pastry that is usually filled with different meats and cheeses. Traditionally you will find these in the freezer section at the grocery store that you warm up in the microwave, but these Air Fryer hot pockets taste way better than those!

Tips Tricks and FAQs
- If you don’t have mini pepperonis you can cut regular size pepperonis in quarters.
- If you have kids that don’t care for pepperoni you can omit it in the ones you are making for them.
- The great thing about these is that you can make them to your preference. I made ham and pineapple one the other day which was phenomenal. Experiment with different flavors.
- Be sure you use the dough as soon as you get it out of the fridge. The warmer it gets, the harder it is to work with.
Storage
You can easily store your leftover hot pockets in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container. They might lose some of their crispness when you warm it up in the microwave, but you can also reheat it back in the Air Fryer if you choose.
Freezer
I love to make a big batch of these and freeze so we have them on hand for a quick snack. Cook as directed and let them completely cool. Once cooled, flash freeze and then add them in a freezer-safe bag. These will store for about 3 months.
