Friday night pizza night is one of our favorite days of the week! There is something about gathering around the table eating pizza and spending time with one another. Some of our favorite pizza recipes we alternate between are pizza cupcakes, taco pizza, garlic bread pizza dip, and this fun and easy Air Fryer biscuit pizza recipe.

You will love this recipe because it is totally customizable based on what everyone likes and so easy to make! In just 5 minutes you will have mini pizzas on the table that everyone will be raving about! 

 How to make Air Fryer Biscuit Pizza

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Lay out the biscuits and slightly flatten with a rolling pin.

  • Coat each biscuit with sauce.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Add pepperoni & sausage.

  • Air Fry for 5 minutes or until biscuit has fully cooked. They do cook fast, so keep an eye on them.

Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • Get creative! This recipe calls for pizza sauce, but you can easily swap it out for pesto, BBQ sauce, or even an alfredo sauce. 
  • Add vegetables! You can easily add vegetables to these pizzas if you choose. 
  • This recipe calls for cooked sausage that you can buy at the store or you can cook up your own. 
  • I quartered my pepperoni but you can easily leave them whole. 

Storage

You will want to store your leftover pizzas in the fridge in an airtight container. They will stay fresh for up to 3 days. 

To reheat these pizzas you can place them in the microwave for 20 second intervals until they reach your desired temperatures. 

You can also opt to warm them back up in the Air Fryer. Cook them at 350 degrees for 2 minutes and check to see if they are warm. Continue at 1 minute intervals.

  • Pizza Sauce
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pepperoni Cut In 4’s
  • Cooked Ground Sausage

Instructions
