Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • Be sure you use cream cheese at room temperature. This will help your dip become smooth, creamy, and fluffy.
  • Feel free to swap out the colors for other mermaid-inspired colors if you choose.
  • If you would rather not add food coloring you can omit it. It will be a beautiful white dip.
  • This dip is best if you make it and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. This helps the flavors to mix together nicely.

Storage

This dip stores nicely in the fridge. You will want to store it in an airtight container for up to 2 days. I love having some fresh strawberries washed for a quick snack for the kids.
