OMG if you have not tried this recipe yet, you do not know what you are missing.  My blogger bestie has made the most amazing Instant Pot Chicken.  It is crazy good, so its only suiting that it should be called Instant Pot Crack Chicken.  

We call it crack because it is that good.  It will have you hooked at first bite. Be careful who you cook this for because they will be asking for it again and again.
