How to make Instant Pot Churro Bites

  • In a large bowl, add melted butter, brown sugar, milk & cinnamon.  Stir to combine.
  • Add in the flour and baking powder.  Mix until combined (but do not over stir)
  • Spray an egg bite mold with canola spray
  • Fill each one of your egg bite holes ¾ of the way with batter.
  • Place a trivet into your pot.
  • Pour 1 cup of water in.
  • Place your egg bite mold on top of the trivet.
  • PC on HIGH pressure 12 min + 5 min natural release.
  • Once you carefully remove from your pot, turn your molds upside down and your churro bites should pretty easily fall out.  
  • Roll each one in cinnamon sugar.  (if you are dipping once your bites have cooled down, dip in melted butter to help the cinnamon sugar stick, otherwise, it is not needed)

Ingredients

  • ⅓ Cup Butter, unsalted & melted
  • ⅓ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 1 ¼ TSP Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour

  • 3 TBSP Melted Butter, salted (optional)
