Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • If you can’t find Kings Hawaiian Rolls you can use slider buns if you prefer.
  • Don’t pull your buns apart. It is best to keep all the buns together as a whole when assembling and preparing your sliders. Cut them in half by using a serrated knife.
  • Rotisserie chicken is my favorite for this dish, because it is easy, but any cooked chicken will do. You will need 3 cups total.
  • This recipe calls for cheddar cheese, but you could also use another favorite like monterey jack cheese, pepperjack, or another kind of your choice.
  • For even more flavor, add coleslaw to the sliders after they are cooked or serve it on the side.
