Can You Save Leftover Breakfast Waffle Sandwiches
These waffles are best when served fresh. They will become a bit soft when they cool down and get stored in the fridge. You can save them but I recommend making just enough for what you plan to eat.
Best Way To Reheat Waffle Sandwiches
Take your chilled waffles and pop them in the toaster to help crisp up the edges. Or you can do a toaster oven or for a quick reheat opt for the microwave as well.
Are Flip Waffle Makers Better
You can use any type of waffle maker you have. Of course, flipping your waffles halfway through the cooking time will offer a more even cook, but it isn’t a have to have option. Just make sure your waffle maker is hot and you cook them all the way through. You want to ensure the crescent roll is cooked as well as the eggs.
Can I Use Canned Biscuits Instead Of Crescent Rolls
I don’t see why you couldn’t use a canned biscuit instead of a crescent roll. Just flatten it out and lay it out on the waffle maker. Then cook for a few minutes just like you would the crescent rolls.
Why Is My Waffle Sandwich Sticking To The Waffle Maker
If you find you are struggling to get your waffle sandwich out of the waffle maker, here is a little tip. Take some cooking spray and evenly coat your waffle maker. Make sure to spray lightly. Then go in and cook your next sandwich and it should be able to come out a lot easier than before.
The eggs can make for a mess if they stick to the griddle. So make sure if any food is still on the waffle griddle to remove it before you move on to making another waffle.
Topping Ideas for Waffle Breakfast Sandwiches
Give these sandwiches a try for breakfast, brunch, or even lunch. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, or eat them plain! You can dress these breakfast sandwiches up any way you like.
