Air Fryer Pizza Rolls
Homemade Air Fryer Pizza rolls are a huge hit in our house. They are easy enough that my older kids can make them on their own and fun for the little kids as well to help stuff with toppings that they love.
These are perfect to enjoy at lunchtime, snack time, or dinner time. They are fast, easy, and crispy and will be a huge hit when you serve them in your house.

How to Make Air Fryer Pizza Rolls
- Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Roll dough out on a cutting board or parchment paper dusted with flour.
- Roll to approximately 10×12.
- Drizzle with half of the olive oil and spread evenly, leaving 1 inch border around the dough.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, reserving a small amount for the top.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, again leaving about 1 inch border free.
- Top with cheese, then arrange pepperoni in a single layer.
- Staring at one end, roll the dough tightly to form a log with the seam side down.
- Brush with remaining olive oil, then sprinkle with leftover seasonings and Parmesan cheese.
- Cut into 1 inch slices using a pizza cutter. Reshape if needed.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil.
- Place 5-6 pizza rolls in the basket leaving space in between.
- Spray tops with oil.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Flip, spray with oil, then cook for another 5 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining rolls. Serve with pizza sauce.
Tips Tricks and FAQs
- The pizza dough should be rolled out to about ⅛ inch thick.
- It is important to leave the 1 inch border on the dough when making pizza pinwheels. This helps prevent the ingredients from falling out as well as help seal them once they are rolled.
- Some cheese may leak out while these pizza rolls are cooking in the air fryer. You can line your Air fryer with parchment paper for easy cleaning if you would like.
- Add ingredients. This pizza roll recipe is for pepperoni pizza, but feel free to add any additional ingredients that you prefer.
- All Air fryers are different sizes and shapes, do not cram your air fryer full of pizza rolls. Cook in batches and be sure that each batch allows for the air to circulate around all the pizza rolls.

You can also freeze your pizza rolls as well. Just store them in an airtight freezer-safe bag after they have cooled. These will keep for up to 3 months.

You can reheat these in the oven or the air fryer whichever you prefer. In the oven, place them on a baking sheet for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. To air-fry, cook for 5 minutes at 320 degrees.
