If you are dreaming of traveling without leaving home, then you will want to make this authentic Air Fryer Lumpia recipe. You will love the Filipino flavors that shine through in every bite!
What is Lumpia?
You might find yourself scratching your head as to what Lumpia is? Well, it is a Filipino word that means the same thing as eggroll. Lumpia is filled with pork and veggies that are then rolled in a wrapper and are typically deep-fried, but we are helping save those extra calories by air frying them. You will love the crispness of the outside with the juiciness of the inside.

Storage
Lumpia is best enjoyed right away to enjoy the full flavor and crispiness of them. If you choose to store them, keep them in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the fridge.
Freezer
The great thing about Lumpia is that you can make the filling and roll a lot of them and then freeze. Just place them on a piece of parchment paper on a tray and freeze. Once frozen store in a freezer-safe bag. These will store for about 6 months.
When you are ready to enjoy, be sure you thaw them first prior to cooking.
Reheating
To reheat these, I highly recommend reheating them at 375 degrees in the Air Fryer for a few minutes. This will warm them back up and make them crispy again.
Can I bake these in the oven?
If you find yourself without an Air Fryer, you can bake these in the oven. Just brush some oil on both sides and bake for about 10 minutes on one side and then flip and bake for another 5 minutes.
