These crab legs are loaded with flavor — buttery, garlicky, and just the right amount of spice. You can adjust the seasoning to your taste, but the combination of garlic, Old Bay, and Cajun seasoning is what gives them that viral flavor. Ingredients
1 Pack Sam’s Club Crab Legs
2 Sticks Butter
Minced Garlic (I used 6 cloves)
*1 TSP Garlic Powder
*1 TSP Onion Powder
*1 TSP Paprika
*1 TSP Old Bay
*1 TSP Cajun Seasoning
1 TSP Brown Sugar
Instructions:
Start to melt the butter.
Add in minced garlic.
Allow garlic a minute or two to cook.
Add in the spices.
Give a good mix to combine.
Mix in Brown Sugar.
Add in crab legs.
If you need a little more liquid, add either some more butter or a bit of chicken broth.
You can add in some hard boiled eggs. Allow the crab legs and hard boiled eggs to get warmed and continue to pour the delicious butter seasoned liquid over the top so they are getting completely flavored by all of that goodness.
Serve immediately.
Notes; *Start with 1 TSP, you can add up to 1 TBSP of each but I suggest doing so to taste. I found 1 TBSP of each to be a bit too much.

Tips & Tricks
- Don’t skip the garlic. Fresh minced garlic makes a big difference in flavor.
- Adjust seasonings carefully. Start with 1 teaspoon of each spice and add more to taste.
- Use good butter. A quality butter (like unsalted sweet cream) makes the sauce taste richer.
- Add extras. Hard-boiled eggs or even corn on the cob can soak up that amazing garlic butter.
- Reheat gently. If you have leftovers, reheat over low heat with a splash of broth or butter to keep everything tender.
