Ninja Foodi Hot Chocolate
There is nothing better than a nice rich cup of hot chocolate on a cold winter’s day or night. I love to curl up with a nice hot cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream on top that is then drizzled with caramel, yum!

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 ½ cups milk (we used 2% but you can use whole milk as well)
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (you can use dark or milk chocolate for a different taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (you can use peppermint extract for some Holiday flavors)
How to Make Ninja Foodi Hot Chocolate
- Set the Ninja Foodi on Air Fryer and Saute/Sear setting.
- Place the temperature at level 2. Press start. We don’t want the Ninja food to be too hot for this recipe. So an excellent recipe if little ones want to help out.
- Pour the milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
- Using a wooden spoon or silicone mixing spoon, mix slowly until all ingredients are blended.
- Keep mixing to help melt the chocolate.
- Keep cooking and mixing (about 10-12 minutes) until all the chocolate chips are melted and it is at the desired temperature.
- Use a ladle, and pour it into your favorite cup.
- Serve and Enjoy!
