Million Dollar Chicken
I made this the other night for dinner and paired with some steamed broccoli and salad. The whole family gobbled it up. I almost think I needed a double batch, cause the boys were loving this.
How To Make
Step 1: Start by spraying your baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Then you will place your boneless chicken breast in the pan in an even layer.
Step 2: Add your ingredients in the bowl and mix it up. Then spread it over the top of the chicken breasts.
Step 3: Bake in the oven until the chicken is fully cooked. Then serve up with your favorite sides!
How to Know Chicken Is Done
You will know chicken is done when the juices run clear and the internal temperature is 165 degrees. Make sure to use a meat thermometer and poke in the thickest part of the chicken for an accurate reading.
Can I Make This With Bone-In Chicken
Feel free to reach for bone-in chicken to make this Million dollar chicken. You will just need to adjust the cook time for the size of chicken you have. Of course larger pieces of chicken will take longer time to cook then smaller pieces.
Can I Double This Recipe
Want to double this baked chicken recipe? Feel free to make as much or as little as you would like. Just make sure you have a single layer of chicken, otherwise you will find it bakes uneven.
I will be baking this up when my family has their friends over or family. We can whip this up and have the stove free to make sides and such.
Meal Prep With This Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Feel free to save back your chicken to meal prep for later. You can place in single serve containers with a side of pasta or even veggies and then pack for lunches or heat up for dinner.
You can warm up in the oven or even the microwave. It takes just a few minutes to reheat. Now if you warm this up in the oven make sure that you cover with aluminum foil, or it will dry the chicken out quite a bit.
