Did you know you can bake your brownies in your Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer? That is right! You can take a boxed brownie and cook it right in your Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Boxed Brownies.
Making your brownies in the air fryer is a way to cook up your favorite fudgy or cake-like brownie without having to turn on your oven. Don’t heat the house and use your Air Fryer for that perfect chewy and moist brownie.
Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Boxed Brownies
One thing I like about my Vortex is that it uses less energy than the oven. It is a great way to save a little energy and still get your indulgent dessert.
Plus when dinner is in the oven, you can have your dessert going so you have fresh brownies to serve up the crowd once you finish.
Can I Bake In An Air Fryer
Yes, you will find that you get the same texture of your brownies as you would if you cooked them in the oven. This is such a fun way to utilize your air fryer.
What Temperature Do You Cook Air Fryer Brownies
I baked my brownies at 325 minutes, I found that was the perfect temperature. Now depending on the model you have, you might find a different temperature is better, but for mine, I highly recommend the 325 degrees.
How Long Do You Cook Air Fryer Brownies
I cooked our brownies for around 18-20 minutes. Now to know if your brownies are done, take a toothpick and stick in the center of the brownies. If the toothpick comes out clean then you know your brownies are done. If it is still a fudgy dough then cook longer.
Mix In’s To Add To Boxed Brownies
Looking for a way to dress up your brownies a bit? Here are a few items to stir into your brownies and give them a try.
- Chocolate chips
- White Chips
- Chopped Nuts
- Dried Fruit
- A swirl of caramel sauce
What Pan To Use In Air Fryer For Brownies
Reach for an 8×8 pan that is oven safe. If you ensure your pan can fit and be used in the oven you will be fine to use in the Air Fryer. Just check that the pan fits before you pour your brownie batter in it, so if it doesn’t fit you can use a different pan.
Depending on the make and model of your air fryer will depend on the size of the pan that you need.
Can I Use Any Boxed Brownie Mix In The Air Fryer
Any brownie mix should work but depend on the thickness of the brownie could mean you have a longer cook time. So just make sure to check your brownie occasionally to ensure they are cooked through.
If you are a brownie fan, you will love a new way to cook your boxed brownies. Give this cooking method a try and let me know what you think! What is your favorite flavor of brownies?
