- Fresh Cranberries (optional garnish)
- Fresh Rosemary Sprig (optional garnish)
How to Make Cranberry Mimosas
- Pour the cranberry juice into a champagne glass and top off with the champagne.

Tips Tricks and FAQs
- You will want to use your favorite high quality champagne for best results and flavor.
- I do not suggest mixing these in a cocktail shaker before adding them to the glass. This can flatten the champagne.
- You’re welcome to use cocktail cranberry juice, but it tends to take over the drink and doesn’t quite let the champagne shine. However, if you don’t mind this, cocktail juice is just fine.
- If you are looking for a sweeter Christmas Mimosa, Cranberry juice cocktail tends to be sweeter so you may want to go that route.
- Have the juice and champagne already chilled if a cold drink is preferred. Adding ice will dilute the whole drink and water it down.
- Add a splash of orange juice for a cranberry-orange mimosa.
Storage
Due to the carbonated nature of champagne, these are best served immediately and not made ahead of time. Thankfully, they’re super easy, so it doesn’t tend to cause any trouble having to make them at the moment.
Can you make Poinsettia Mimosas non-alcoholic?
Yes! You can make these non-alcoholic drinks. You will want to replace the Champagne with sparkling grape juice or sparkling water.
