How to Make Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Bites
- Cut each dough ball in half to create 24 pieces total. Fold two pointy ends under and twist to create a ball shape. Place dough balls in the air fryer basket seam side down, 1” apart, placing extras on a greased baking sheet for the next batch. Brush both sides generously with canola oil (or spray with cooking spray). Cover with plastic wrap and rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes, until slightly puffy.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375℉. Working in batches, air fry for 6 minutes. Brush with more oil if they are not browning yet, flip over, and air fry an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Watch them closely, all air fryers will cook dough differently.
- Place the butter and fresh garlic in a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave for 30 seconds. Add the parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Toss the hot bread bites in the melted butter, and transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese. Cover loosely with foil to keep them warm, or serve right away with pizza sauce and ranch dressing.
