Pro Tip for Making Keto Cloud Bread Chips
The key to success with these Keto cloud bread chips is to get them nice and thin in the muffin tin. The thinness is what will bake up into chip form. If it is too thick it will not crisp up like you want.
What If I Don’t Own A Muffin Tin
The reason you want a barrier around each Chip is to hold the shape. If you dump this onto a regular flat pan the mixture spreads and it’s impossible to make chips.
If you have other style silicone molds that are oven safe you can use them. Just monitor to ensure you don’t overcook depending on the size of pan.
How to Store Cloud Bread Chips
You will want to allow your chips to cool and then place in airtight container and store in the fridge. This will keep them freshest.
Best Way to Reheat Cloud Bread Chips
If you had some chips you stored simply place them in a toaster oven or even regular oven to warm them up. This method can help to bring the crispness back into the chips.
I have truly loved making these no carb chips. They are so easy, great for snacking on, and simple ingredients needed. If you have a chip craving, make them. See how you like them!

Hi Melissa,

I am in Washington State on west coast of United States of America. Please, help guide me on what store would have the Season All to buy so I can make these delish chips.
Thanks a million. LOVE the name of your blog!!
Hi Katie.. It is a mix of spices.. you can definitely make your own. Salt, black pepper, chili pepper, onion powder, paprika, celery seed, and garlic powder. Mix whatever of those you have together.. a bit heavier on the salt to give it a nice salty taste. P.S. Thank you about my name. <3
These are delicious!!!! Super simple to make and very, very GOOD.
