The flavors of the tomato mixture with the basil and balsamic glaze over a slice of baguette are out of this world when it comes to flavor.

What is bruschetta?
Bruschetta is a classic antipasto appetizer from Italy. It typically consists of a grilled baguette topped with tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and balsamic glaze.
How to Make Italian Bruschetta
- Wash and small dice your tomatoes, and discard the ends. Put in a medium size bowl.
- Add your mozzarella pearls to the tomatoes, and make sure to separate the pearls from each other.
- Mince your garlic and basil and add to the bowl with tomatoes.
- Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
- Slice your baguette and put the bruschetta mix on your baguette.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

- You will want to warm your baguette in the oven for a few minutes. You can also place your slices of bread under the grill until it is lightly toasted.

- 4 Roma tomatoes
- 1 - 8oz pearl mozzarella
- 8-12 fresh leaves of basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 French baguette
Instructions
